| MLA Nagrota holds public darbar | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, May 25: Bharatiya Janata Party's MLA from Nagrota assembly constituency Jugal Kishore Sharma, during his weekly sitting at the party headquarters met a number of deputations and individuals from Rabta, Mathwar, Dhanu, Jarhi, Nagrota, Showa Graind, Toon, Bambyal and Bajalta areas of his constituency.
A number of issues related to the developmental works and welfare schemes were taken up with the MLA by the people of the said areas.
Jugal Kishore Sharma gave a patient hearing to what the people narrated and assured of timely action.
The MLA, while briefing these people of various works being undertaken in different areas of the constituency and the future plans, said that he has been working round the clock for solving the problems of the people. He said while six days of the week have been fixed for his personal visits to his constituency as it is spread over a large area and every one cannot afford to travel long to meet him.
During my visits, I try to ensure that the people's problems are solved on the spot, he said and added that on Tuesday such people are asked to come to Jammu, who have their work in head offices of different departments.
Jugal Kishore Sharma said that in these days of summer people from many areas have complained of inadequate supply of drinking water and the matter is being taken up with the concerned authorities. He assured the people meeting him during "Tuesday Darbar" that his dream is to develop the Nagrota assembly constituency as the "Model Constituency" and expressed hope that the people will also co-operate him in order to fulfill this dream.
