| Man ends life | | | early times report
Jammu, May 25: A pal of gloom descended on Nishat locality when a man hanged himself to death. A case has been registered and investigations are on.
Abdul Rashid Bhat of Brian, Nishat went to bed as usual last evening. However, when he did not come out of his room for quite some time this morning, the inmates broke open the door and found Rashid hanging against the ceiling fan.
The police sent the body for autopsy and later handed it over to the aggrieved relatives. Rashid is survived by two children.
According to neighbours, Rashid had been suffering from depression for the past few years.
