EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, May 25: The working committee of Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party (JKNPP) has expressed shock over the demise of Jagdev Singh, a senior leader of the party and youngest brother of Bhim Singh, chairman JKNPP. In an emergency meeting of the committee at the Panthers Party headquarters, the party conveyed heartfelt condolences to Bhim Singh and other members of the bereaved family and prayed for peace to the departed soul. The meeting was attended by state president Balwant Singh Mankotia, MLA, BB Kotwal vice-chairman, Bansi Lal Sharma, advisor JKNPP, Daljit Singh and Sudershan Singh Jamwal vice-presidents, Anita Thakur, Yashpaul Kundal MLA, general secretary, HC Jalmeria, general secretaries, Faqir Nath, provincial president, Jagdev Singh coordination Secretary, Vilakshan Singh state Secretary, Ashok Bhagat Provincial General Secretary, Shakti Gupta District President Jammu city, Shanker Singh Chib District President Jammu rural, Paramjeet Singh, provincial secretary and others. Meanwhile, Bhim Singh has also sent a condolence message from Jardon, on his way to Palestine, on the tragic demise of his youngest brother Jagdev Singh this morning in his ancestral village, Bhugterian, in District Udhampur. He prayed to Almighty to grant strength and courage to his wife, sons and daughters.
