Balwant Thakur visits International Theatre centre, Imphal | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT IMPHAL, May 25: Natrang Director Balwant Thakur today visited the country's most sought after Theatre Centre-'The Chorus Repertory Theatre' Imphal, created by one of the most celebrated Internationally acclaimed theatre director, Rattan Thiyam. Balwant Thakur is on a two-day visit to the capital city of Manipur in connection with a National theatre meet of select eminent theatre directors, deliberating on the revival of traditional training modes of theatre and futuristic approaches in theater education. This National meet on theatre is organized by National Academy of Music, Dance and Drama, New Delhi. Balwant Thakur is representing North India in this important theatre happening.
