| Arms, ammunition recovered from Banihal | | | early times report
JAMMU, June 2: Arms and ammunition were recovered by security forces from a militant hideout at Haldinda in Banihal this evening.
The recovery included two AK rifles with four magazines and 24 rounds, three handgrenades, one binocular, 126 rounds of 7.26 rifle and some other explosive items.
The recovery was made by a team of police and 23 Rashtriya Rifles, according to police sources.
The hideout was carved out in a dhok which was later destroyed by the troops, the sources added.
