| Seminar on 'Women Education' | | | Early Times Report
Kathua, June 2: A seminar on 'women education' was organised by Shri Guru Tej Bhadur College of education here today. Students from various colleges of education took part in the seminar and highlighted the importance of education for the women. Chief guest J.R.Dhotra while addressing the students laid stress upon the importance of education for women in present age. He said women in present age two important part of the society, but women were ignored, but now it is priority to provide education to women as world has changed a lot and the present women are progressing along with men in all fields. Rector Jammu University campus Dr.Ashok Aima, and Prof B.C Sharma who were the guest of honor also addressed the students. The colleges which took part in the seminar were the Askhok college of education, Satyam college of education, Rajiv Gandhi college of education, Bharat College of education, Guru Gang Dev college of education and R.S college of education chairman of the Shri Teg Bhadur college of education prof Nihal Singh, Secy Vardeep Singh and Director Advocate S.Jasvidner Singh were also present on the occasion.
