| Kotwal demanded bridge on Kaithgali -Bhamag Road | | | Early Times Report
Udhampur, Jun 2: Chairman Lord Shiv Parvati Caves shrine Moungari Swatenter Dev Kotwal has demanded construction of five left out bridges upon Kaith Glai - Bhamag Road at the earliest.
Demanding bridges on road he Said that crores of rupees were spent to for the construction of said road with the sole object to of serving the hilly area people by creating road connectivity but the single lane road is lying uncared without bridges upon it at several points at Saddal , Kandoli, Basnote, Lali and Bariote since from years causing graet hardships for thousands of population living in the area. He added that the absence of bridges upon road cause traffic suspension even a little rainfall in the area and thousand of people living in Bhamag valley face inexplicable hardships particularly during rainy season. He added that that the absence of bridge is also hurdle to promote tourism particularly during three days Moungari Mela being celebrated every year where more than fifty thousands pilgrims visit every year during mela and number is increasing every year . Appreciating move of PWD to call tender for one of the bridge over Moungari Nallah recently he demanded construction of other left over bridges as soon as earlier for free road connectivity so that tourism could be promoted in the area having scenic beauty area for which people are struggling restlessly for over decades .
