| Man held with 4 kg charas | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, June 2: A narcotic smuggler was today arrested by police along with 4 kilograms of charas from near Sainik Colony on the city outskirts. He was identified as Vijay Kumar of Narwal Pain, Satwari.He was intercepted by cops at their checking point near Sainik
Colony on a tip-off in the morning. During frisking, cops recovered 4 kg charas from him, police sources said.The contraband was then seized and he was taken into custody, the sources added. A case under NDPS Act was registered against him.
