JAMMU, June 4: Even after two days of the incident, police had failed to nab the accused who stabbed a government school teacher engaged in census duty at Ladan in Udhampur.
Ramesh Kumar was stabbed by unidentified miscreants on Wednesday and a case in this connection was registered on the intervention of deputy commissioner, Udhampur.
"This incident creates a sense of insecurity among those who were involved in the census duty," said a government employee engaged in census duty.
The injured teacher was admitted to the district hospital, Udhampur.
