| SDM interfering subjudice affairs | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
BHADERWAH, June 6: Vijay Kumar Kotwal son of late Dhani Ram Kotwal of Bhaderwah submitted that SDM Bhaderwah is out of way and out of context encouraging a party, for reason best known to her, in a land dispute between two parties at Mohalla Khakhal Bhaderwah due to which law and order problem aroused today the site of dispute. He said that SDM is adamant to prove that private land of Vijay Kumar Kotwal by hook or crook as a common path to facilitate a single family. “Every time we approached to her to address the issue properly and justice fully or even issue order regarding the private land which the other party alleges as common path. She keeps the matter hanging in air thus illegally helping the other party to do whatever they want to do under the cover of ding dong policy of SDM Bhaderwah”, Vijay said. Whole matter is under the consideration of Tribunal Court of Jammu but SDM is taking extra interest even when the whole matter is subjudice in which is the legal platform to deal such type of cases.
