It is not the question of agreeing or disagreeing with agenda of any political party. A clear stand about non-abrogation of Armed Forced Special Power Act and making stringent laws to control militancy always remained as demand of BJP and not only this, establishing fast track court to deal with militancy is need of the hour. Arora appealed PDP and NC leaders to rethink about their demand of withdrawal of Special Power Act as the same is not in the interest of the state and that of the country. Arora expressed hope that CM Omar Abdullah should take all members into confidence and will legislate proper law for dealing militancy as assured by PM. Arora further said that BJP has put forth its stand over different issues in different working groups. The report prepared by them will confuse the present state of affair rather to solve it. Hence, the soft approach of PM is not agreeable. Arora said that it is painful that the present chief minister and other representatives have not raised the issue of refugees migrated due to different wars and other migrated from PoK and West Pakistan including migrants from Kashmir. He further emphasized that solution of present turmoil in the state can only be possible if the representation from Jammu and Ladakh is taken into confidence and different people from different shades are involved in discussion and proper weightage is given to their view point. Militancy is a proxy war and we cannot meet out the challenge of war by dialogue without having full control over gun culture. Arora expressed displeasure over chief minister's Kashmir-centric approach and not making points touching Jammu region as agenda with PM's discussion. Arora said that BJP will continue its struggle for the issues of local and national interest without compromising with the sentiments of public.
