BARAMULLA, June 11: Warm welcome was accorded and a good reception was organised by the staff and students of Government Degree College, Sopore for this year's Indian Administ-rative Service topper, Dr. Shah Faisal attributing his success to chisel the fledgling minds of the future generation for pragmatic results.
The Deputy Commiss-ioner Baramulla B.A. Bhat chaired the function lauding his performance Deputy Commissioner and Principal of the college congratulated Faisal for achieving the goal.
