| ReT teacher's selection stayed | | | early times report
JAMMU, June 15: The high court vacation judge, Justice J P Singh has stayed the selection of ReT teacher for government primary school, Bhateen, in Ramban. The court directive came in a writ petition filed by a youth in which he alleged that the authorities concerned were contemplating to engaged another youth, who was only 12th pass. He said he was a graduate and was at present pursuing post-graduation, but the authorities had ignored him.
In a notice issue to state through chief secretary, education commissioner, director school education, chief education officer, Ramban, and zonal education officer, Ramban, in this regard, the court ordered that the selection of ReT teacher for government primary school, Btaheen, shall not be finalised till next date.
