JAMMU, June 15: Nearly five lakh people have settled in the state of Jammu and Kashmir by obtaining state subjects through corrupt means, said Romesh Gupta, working president of J&K action moment while addressing the meeting of executive members of the moment here today. He said these people have also obtained Job in various govt. departments and depr-ived the genuine state subjects holders of their rights. He further said that inquiry commission set up to enquire about the fake certificate has failed to come up with the results. He demanded govt. to should identity outsiders who have secured the certificates.
