| Vijay Laxmi assures for Anganwari Centre and Self Help Group | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, June 16: In a meeting of party workers National Conference Provincial President Women Wing, Vijay Lakshmi Dutta assured the participants of establishing an Anganwari Centre and Self Help Group. She has taken up the matter with concerned authorities who promised her to fulfill these demands after completing requisite formalities. Director Social Welfare and Chairman Citizen Cooperative Bank assured all possible help to Mrs. Dutta in this regard. Later, Dutta along with district presidents of women wing Nirmal Sharma, Maryam Begum and Sataya Jamwal visited slain Shaleen’s father Nareesh Gupta and expressed condolences to the bereaved family. She said the government would leave no stone unturned to provide justice to Shaleen’s family and culprits would be brought to book. Meanwhile, Head NC Minority Cell, Vijay Bakaya (MLC) has nominated Vijay Lakshmi Dutta as State President for Minority Cell. Mrs. Dutta expressed thanks to NC President Dr Farooq Abdullah, CM Omar Abdullah and Vijay Bakaya MLC for reposing trust in her. She exhorted part workers to work with zeal and dedication. Working President Anil Dhar, Working President Rural M. K Yogi and senior women worker Pinky Bhat also spoke on the occasion. |
