| Council employees strike enters 9th day | | |

JAMMU, June 17: The ongoing strike by the State Sports Council employees today entered its 9th day with staff continued protest demonstrations and dharna outside Sports House, MA Stadium, here.
However, the employees were today soft towards the Minister for Sports and requested him to come forwards to listen to their grievances for the solution. Addressing the gathering, speakers highlighted the plight of the sportspersons who continue to suffer because of the strike.
