BAJ to suspend work for 3 days | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, June 18: The Jammu Bar Association has decided to suspend work for three days starting June 22 to press its demand for extending summer vacations in District Courts from two weeks to three weeks at par with Summer Vacations in High Courts. The high court goes to vacation for 10 weeks while as the district courts get just two weeks to relax in scorching heat. According to General Secretary BAJ, Advocate Rajesh Thappa, a request to this effect was sent to the high court which has not been considered till date. Bar Association also requested other bar associations to suspend work. (JNF)
