| JMC employee, woman hang themselves to death | | | JAMMU: In unconnected incidents, a Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) employee and a woman allegedly committed suicide by hanging themselves to death here today.
JMC employee Vikram Kumar (28), son of Mohan Lal, of New Plots, was found hanging from the ceiling fan hook in a room of his house in the evening, police said.
In another incident, Shakuntla (35), wife of Onkar Singh of Jakhol, Kathua, also committed suicide by hanging herself to death at her residence.
Cases in this connection stand registered at the concerned police stations.
