| Fine realizes Rs. 810 under Tobacco Act | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
REASI, JUNE 21: To check smoking and consumption of other intoxicants, a checking squad comprising Naib Tehsildar, Block Medical Officer and Food Inspector conducted raids at various places of Reasi district.
The areas visited by the squad included Bus Stand, District Hospital and some government offices.
As many as, 16 persons were found violating Section 4 of Tobacco Act besides one shopkeeper was found selling cigarettes to a minor and was fined.
