Khukhran Biradari wants re-election | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, JUNE 21: Ashok Anand and Subash Chander Sethi has filed a case against Khukhran Biradar, Jammu and its office bearers including president Prof Satish Anand, Secretary Suman Chadha and Treasurer Arun Kumar. In the matter, a civil original suit for mandatory injunction directing the defendant to hold elections of Khukhran Bradri, Jammu which is a registered society having its registered office at Raj Tilak Road, Jammu and a decree for permanent prohibitory injunction restraining the previously elected persons to act as president, vice-president, secretary and cashier of the Khukhran biradari, Jammu and further restraining the previously elected body from raising any construction in the premises of Khukhran biradari, Jammu and other alternative or other relief may also be granted to the plaintiffs to which the plaintiffs may be found entitled there to in the facts and circumstances of the case. Meanwhile, the previously elected body is temporarily restrained from raising any construction in the premises of Khukhran biradari. The non-applicants can apply for modification, alternation or vacation of this order even before the next date of hearing. Applicants are directed to comply the provisions of order 39 rule 3 C.P.C. and to file service affidavit before this court put up on June 24.
