| Shree Hudh Mata yatra to commence from July 14 | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, JUNE 21: The 5-day Shree Hudh Mata (Trisindya) yatra in Illaqa Dachhan, tehsil Marwah, district Kishtwar shall commence from July 14, 2010 with religious fervour and enthusiasm.
As per the programme of the Managing Committee, the yatra shall start from Shree Gouri Shanker Mandir Kishtwar on July, 14, Chhari Mubarak shall be taken from Shri Radha Krishan Mandir Soundar on July 15 to Shree Virat Mata Mandir, Dilgoot (Panjdhara). On July 16 after night halt, yatra alongwith Chhari Mubarak shall proceed towards Gokooth. On July 17 the yatra shall reach Kaikooth. On the same day the yatris shall have a pious bath in the holy waters of Trinsindya Nadi (which flows from the top of a hill near famous Brahma peak thrice a day and start drying from down level towards upper level) and Brahm Sarovar. On July 18, a Hawan shall be performed for the well being of the humanity and peace in the state and the country. After performing Darshan of Shree Hudh Mata and offering Puran Ahuti, the yatris shall start their back journey.
The Managing Committee of Shree Hudh Mata Yatra shall arrange free langer facility for the yatris, enroute. |
