| Sahyog India launches drive against drug abuse | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, June 25: To commemorate international day against drug abuse and illicit trafficking 'Sahyog India', in collaboration with department of social welfare, J&K police and BSF organized a day long seminar at R.S.Pura here today.
Inaugurating the seminar, the senior superintend police of crime wing of J&K police, Johynny William who was the chief guest said, that it is the climax now when every citizen must come forward to curb the menace of drug abuse on war footing as we are already late to check life claiming drugs which are directly engulfing the youth.
He said mere the slogans but sincere approach is the need of hour and added that efforts of Sahyog India fro serving the society selflessly. Dr. Ashvini Jojra -Founder President Sahyog India deserve congratulation fro his innovative skill, devotion and dedication, and in all capacities extends all support to him and his mission J&K Police is no the forefront to nip the drug abuse ion the bud in his welcome address Dr. Jojra disclosed that it is just a launching of mega drive against drug abuse but it will be a continuous fight of Sahyog against drug abuse to make aware every citizen to curb such a social evil engulfing young generation. M.S Khan commission secretary society welfare SDM R.S. Pura Ashwani Khajuria, Director Social Welfare Jammu, Mehmood Rana Commandant, Neeraj Dube, 193 Bn BSF and officiating commandant 135 Bn BSG Manoj Karki also conveyed their good wishes for success of the drive launched by Sahyog Inida.
