| Div Com receives 'The Mughul Rally" | | First leg of Mughal rally-2010 | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, June 25-To promote adventure tourism in both the regions, the Himalayan Motor Sports organized 'The Mughul Rally-2010, which was started from Royal Springs Golf Course, Srinagar today morning and after passing through Anantnag-Acchabal, Kokernag, Daksu, Sinthan Pass Chingam, Chhatru, Kishtwar, Doda, Udhampur, Mansar and Surinsar, the rally reached Jammu today afternoon.
At Jammu, the rally was received by Divisional Commissioner, Jammu, Dr. Pawan Kotwal at Hari Niwas at 3.27 p.m.
Kotwal informed that the 33 vehicles of Himalayan Motor Sports would be flagged off from Hotel Hari Niwas on June 26, 2010 at 5.55 a.m. and head towards Srinagar via Akhnoor, Rajouri and Befliaz to Peer Ki Gali on Mughal road.
He said that 66 participants are participating in the rally and for the smooth conduct of rally, all security; boarding and lodging arrangements have been made by the divisional administration in all the districts of the Jammu region.
