6-day workshop on teaching through aids concludes | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, June 26: The 6- day workshop cum training programme on 'Low cost No cost Teaching Aids' organized by State Institute of Education at Higher Secondary School Kud (Udhampur) concluded today. As many as 35 Masters and Teachers from various zones of Udhampur District participated in the programme. During the course of workshop interactive sessions were held with the participants on latest modes of teaching like Teaching Aids, Audio Visual Aids, use of puppetry in learning, computer aided learning and Setting up of Learning corners. The valedictory function held today was presided over by Joint Director Trg/Principal, State Institute of Education Jammu Kuldeep Raj Sharma. Speaking on the occasion, he emphasized on the importance of modern learning skills and tools to keep pace with the fast changing technological oriented society. Ashok Sharma, the coordinator of the programme besides D.R.Sharma , Sat Paul, S.K. Gupta, Rajinder Kumar, Rakesh Gandotra and Kuleep Khajuria participated in the training programme as the Resource persons.
