Jail inmates appear in DOEACC examination

EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, June 26: Thirty eight inmates from Central Jail Kothhalwal and District Jail Jammu, most of whom are accused in militancy related offences appeared in the examination conducted by the Department of Electronic Accredited Computer Courses, Jammu Centre at university of Jammu here today.
As part of its policy to rehabilitate the inmates after their release from jail, the prisons department took an initiative and coordinated with the DOEACC for establishment of its centers of centre jail Kotbhalwal, Central Jail Srinagar and District Jail Jammu.
