Jammu, JUNE 26: Duty Magistrate (Forest Magistrate) Mr. Yahaya Firdous today ordered that accused Davinder Pal Singh and Gagandeep Singh involved in much publicized murder of a 10-year-old child, Shailin Gupta for ranson, sent to Judicial Lock for 13 days as the police also seeking judicial remand for the accused persons.
Police today produced Naresh Gupta father of deceased Child Shailin, Gupta, Uncle Purshtom and close friend of Naresh Gupta, Mohinder Pal in the Court of Special Mobile Magistrate Excise for recording their statements u/s 164-A CrPC. Court recorded the statement of all the three witnesses. JNF
