6/26/2010 11:31:35 PM

EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, June 26: TERMING the employment package under PM's rehabilitation plan a mock exercise, the members of Vision Kashmir chaired by its convener Sunil Fotedar today said that the prevailing situation in the Kashmir itself indicates that it is once again going to strengthen the voice of 'Azadi" in Kashmir..
Discussing various issues pertaining to exiled community at a Executive Committee meeting, Fotedar said the government by way of employment package has made the dream of separatists come true by including nearly 88 per cent of KP women folk in the employment list. He also expressed concern over the quiet J&K strategy announced by Syed Ali Shah Geelani in shape of slogans like "Go Back, Go India", which is ahead of Shri Amarnath Yatra.
He said that all was not well for the uprooted community and the present situation created by the Govt. for the rehabilitation of the KPs back in the valley was being done under extreme pressure of the world community.
Meanwhile, Fotedar laid emphasis that if government was sincere to rehabilitate the uprooted community then the govt. has to seriously consider the carving out separate enclave (Apna Ghar) with autonomous administrative and political region for the community in distress.
Lashing out at the statement of Chief Minister Omar Abdullah regarding hanging of Afzal Guru, organizing secretary of the vision Kashmir Ashok Koul said that on the behest of Omar, Govt. of India claimed circumstances marching towards normalcy in the valley but at the same time he has outrightly rejected to be a signatory, if asked on the execution of Guru. He further said that Omar Abdullah's statement regarding Afzal Guru is at far with the mindset of the separatists. It is not understandable why the Prime Minister of India and Chairman planning commission has given the certificate of appreciation to Chief Minister Omar Abdullah.
Ashok Bhat, Vikram Razdan, Avata Krisha, Raja Jie, Sudhir, and Sameer also addressed the meeting.
