Rashtriya Muslim Manch to take on separatists in J&K | | | ASHWANI EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, June 26:- To challenge the secessionist forces in the state who are hell bent to threaten national unity and integrity on the behest of Pakistan, J&K unit of Rashtriya Muslim Manch (JKRMM) will launch a state wide movement from August 1 to August 15 this year. This was informed by Mughal Hussain Khan Coordinator of the Manch here today. The Manch activists besides holding rallies, public meetings and other functions will launch a campaign for national unity and integration. Mughal said besides the members of Muslim community a large number of school children and college student belonging to Muslim community will participate in these rallies. Carrying national tricolour in their hands the rallyist will raise slogans in support of national unity and integration and against the terrorism, said Girish Juyal National Convener of the Front. The Manch will give a new concept by equating "Ram Raj with Nizam-e-Mustafa" The rallyists will stress upon Muslims to educate their children and not make any compromise on this account. "Our slogan will be Adhi Roti Khayenge, Bachoo ko Padaenge."(we will eat half bread but educate our children), said Mughal. The other slogans will be we will impart formal education to children besides religious education, because good education is for leading an honourable life and the life is for the nation,he added. Mughal said to counter terrorism and educate Muslim community about its ill effects, another slogan will be added to rally "Atankwad Jehad Nahi Hai, Fasad Hai - Fasad Hai" (Terrorism is not holy war but a fuss). The Programme will be named as Salam-e-Madar-e-Wattan, he added. During this campaign tress will be planted in the name of Martyrs who laid down their lives for Nation, Mughal said. To promise Hindu - Muslim unity a delegation of the Manch will also participate in a peace conference to be held at Srinagar on July 17-18. the conference will be organized by J&K Peace Foundation, he added. The members of the delegation will also visit various temples in the valley to see their conditions which have been damaged by terrorists, said Nazir Ahmed Mir, its coordinator. The Manch will also approach state Government and impress upon it for their immediate renovation, he added. He said this will help in confidence building between the two communities in the valley besides giving a setback to plans of separatists and terrorists who have created a wedge between the two communities.
