KATHUA , June 27 : An social organization Saab Ras Sahitya Sangam (SRSS) organised a cultural programme in which several poets expressed the essence of indigenous cultural values by citing various poems. The president of the SRSS Sardar. Manohar Singh presided over the programme. The programme was presided by the stage secretary famous Urdu poet Sh. S.D Singh. Famous Shaayar Sh T.R Sumbria sang a melodies Dogri gazal 'Lo Chana Di Dang karandi, Neri Raat Gaa Changi'. On the occasion, Dogri writer and poet Sh Khazoor Singh also presented a Dogri song. Smt Sushma Avatar, Renu Bala, Saroj Bala, Jyoti Sharma, Master Mulkh Raj, Madhhan Toofan, Ashwani Sharma, Dr. Guru Prasad, and Rtd SP Sh Rattan Chand also expressed the essence of indigenous culture and customs. On the occasion, the president of the organisation Sardar .Manohar Singh said that the main objective of the SRSS to spread awareness among the grass root level about the values and importance of the brotherhood.
