He said that government should reform its system if he really wants to give transparent system and justice to needy. After the resignation of first P.P, recently government appointed another local candidate Dinaker Gupta as Public Prosecutor who also resigned on the same basis. Talking to ET, he said that he was not going to join the post as he could not do justice with post on such less salary . He added that no one can meet his two ends with such salary . He said that he has suggested for increase in P.P salary to law ministry in his resignation sent to law secretary . He added that more than half dozen newly appointed P.P in Jammu province had resigned so far on the same grounds. Ex Public prosecutor, who worked as P.P for the last more than twenty five years, also alleged that state government for its decision to terminate the services of 44 public prosecutors last year . He demanded one lakh relief for all such public prosecutors who had been removed without any reason.
