JKMPCH achieve Rs100cr business by 2020 | | | Early Times Report Jammu, June 29: The sixth annual general meeting of the Jammu and Kashmir Milk Producers cooperative limited (JKMPCH) in which milk producer members from the Jammu and Kashmir regions participated in large numbers. The chairman JKMPCL, Dr. Mohammed Deen said that JKMPCL achieved a growth of 29.8% during the year 2009-10 and organization is running in profit for the last five years with out any subsidy or government assistance. He further said that based on the present growth rate the Organization will aim to achieve Rs.100 crore businesses by 2020. In the meeting it was decided to distribute Rs.62.76 lacs as bonus to the member dairy cooperatives, dividend at the rate of 10% for the share capital deposits, two month salary as bonus to the employees in plus the employees will get variable salary based on their performance. He said two bulk coolers shall be established, one for Jammu and one for Kashmir. Jammu plant will have an automatic flavored milk bottling plant in next two weeks, while Kashmir plant has been equipped with automatic cured filling machine which has increased the business in Kashmir division.
