Top HM man held in Kishtwar | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, June 29: Achieving a big success, police today arrested a Hizbul Mujahideen (HM) man, who had been providing logistic support to ultras, from Gujjar Pul in Chhatroo, Kishtwar. He was identified as Iftikhar Nabi Lone, son of Ghulam Nabi, of Urdu Marwah, Kishtwar. Police sources said he was working for HM militants active in Chhatroo and Marwah areas of Kishtwar for the past few years. One laptop, a printer and a cellphone were recovered from his possession, the sources added.The files in the laptop contained detailed information about the activities of HM militants and their hideouts in Chhatroo and Marwah forests. Sources said he had been providing shelter, eatables, medicines and other daily use items to HM cadres from time to time. He had close links with top HM militants -- Firdous Ahmed alias Prince, Subash Kumar alias Wasif, Amar Kamal alias Akram and Sajjad Ahmed alias Razwan -- who were involved in various militancy related incidents. His interrogation was on, the sources added.
