| CAPD realizes Rs 9100 from defaulters | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
REASI, July 8: A special squad of Consumers Affairs and Public Distribution Department, headed by Assistant Director CAPD, Reasi, TP Singh along with Tehsil Supply Officer Katra, Kuldeep Singh inspected various business establishments in Katra town and booked 16 violators under Display of Prices Act & Essential Commodity Act and charged a fine of Rs 9100 on the spot from them.
The shopkeepers were asked to display rate lists at their respective shops and not use domestic cylinders for commercial purpose.
They warned of stringent action against those found using domestic cylinders for commercial purposes.
