| Multilingual literary meet held | | | early times report
Jammu, July 8 : As a part of its regular multi-lingual weekly literary activities, Adbi Kunj today held multifaces literary meet at its Literary Centre, New Shastri Memorial Hr. Sec. School Talab Tillo Jammu. Well known Hindi and English Poet Dr. Rajeshwar Bhakhari presided. Earlier, Sham Talib, president of the organization, announced that the next meet would be a special tributes meet, in which tributes would be paid to Late Smt. Nargis Sitara, an eminent poetess and writer and the founder vice president of the organisation, on her 1st death anniversary and a veteran urdu poet, Late Sh. Nor-ul-zaman Sadiqi Nor, on his death anniversary. Meanwhile, they congratulated Dhiraj Kesar (NIKKA-KESAR) for releasing his 1st Dogri poetic book Rough Copy. NIKKA KESAR is son of well known Dogri Poet Sh. Virender Kesar. In the prase writing session, four collections were presented on the various topic, in different languages.
In the multilingual poetic session, poets recited their Ghajals, poems and songs, The poets were included Sh. Rajeshwar Bhakhari, Dr. Bhart Bhushan Gupta, Muni Lal Puri, Sanjeev Kumar, K.L. Diwana, Ravi Rohmitar, Karan Gupta, Ved Upal Ved, Com. Jaswant Singh, Daya Ram Daya, Rajeev Kumar and Sham Talib. In the last session, Adbi Kunj condoled the sad demise of Nawab Hussain of Bijnor U.P., the elder brother of a well known urdu poet. Rahat Hussain. Later, vote of thanks was given by Com. Jaswant Singh, Chief Organiser of the organisation.
