EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, July 8 : State Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) has condoled the sad and untimely death of son of the soil, Rear Admiral Satyendra Singh Jamwal. In a condolence meeting held at party headquarters here today under the party President Shamsher Singh Manhas, 2-minute silence was also observed in memory of the departed soul. Paying tributes to Satyendra Singh Jamwal, Shamsher Singh Manhas and other leaders said that in the untimely demise of Jamwal, not only the state but nation has lost a bright and brave soldier, who achieved distinction of being the highest naval officer from Jammu and Kashmir by reaching to the position of Chief of Staff, Southern Naval Command. Expressing heart felt sympathies with the bereaved family, the BJP leaders prayed for giving them strength to bear the loss.
