| Another yatri dies at Baltal, toll 9 | | | early times report
Srinagar, July 9 : An identified yatri died at Baltal base camp of Amarnath cave shrine, official source said here today. With this, the total number of pilgrims who have died since the commencement of the two-month-long yatra from both Baltal and Pahalgam routes from July 1 touches nine.
They said a pilgrim without any yatra slip or identity card suffered a massive heart attack at Baltal base camp. He was immediately rushed to hospital where he was declared brought dead. Yesterday four pilgrims, including a woman had died at different places on yatra route.
