Bhim seeks Guv rule | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, July 12 : Prof Bhim Singh, Chairman, JKNPP , justifying his party's stand to boycott the so called 12-party meet in which four party have no existence in J&K and three are not even recognised parties. Prof Bhim Singh said that the so-called meet in Srinagar had neither any agenda nor a will to act in the interest of restoration of peace in the bleeding Valley. Prof Bhim Singh that all the efforts of the Prime Minister to constitute five working groups and involve the social and political activists in the confidence building process have been diluted by the present Congress-NC coalition in J&K whose only agenda is to loot the state exchequer and brow-beat the center. Prof Bhim Singh urged the Prime Minister to take a queue from Shri Rajiv Gandhi's experiment in Punjab and Assam where he preferred peace and democracy to power for his Party. The Congress has no alternative except withdrawing support to Mr Omar Abdullah without delay. Any delay shall prove a disaster for national security.
