| MP lifts T20 cricket trophy | | |

JAMMU, July 13: The five-day long T20 Cricket Tournament organised by T20 Association of India in collaboration with J&K Scouts and Guides concluded near here at Nagrota today.
As many as 10 teams of various states of the country participated.The overall trophy of the tournament was lifted by Madhya Pradesh with Maharashtra as runners up. The other states participated in the tournament included J&K, Punjab, UP, Orrisa and Andhra Pradesh.
On the occasion of valedictory function, Minister for Revenue Relief and Rehabilitation, Mr Raman Bhalla was the chief guest and distributed prizes to winners and other teams. Speaking on the occasion, Mr Bhalla complemented the T20 Association and J&K Scouts and Guides for holding such an impressive tournament which was going to explore the hidden talent of youth in the state. He was happy to now that for the first time in the state, T20 Cricket Association is organizing similar tournament in Kashmir in the last week of August this year.
National Secretary, T20 Cricket Association, Mr Younis Sheikh, Secretary J&K, T20 Cricket Association, Tabbasum Tahir, Chief Commissioner, and others are also present.
