KPC demands Kashyap homeland for KPs in Valley

Jammu, July 13: Kashmiri Pandit Conference observed "Black Day" today. The Conference was headed by Kundan Kashmiri.
Activists of the KPC wore black badges , headgears and switched off their respective residences and business establishment from 7:30 pm to 8 pm, symbolizing this day as "Black Day" when for the first time in 1931 properties of KPs were looted , ransacked ,and harassed and humiliated by fundamentalist forces and anti-Hindu elements in the valley.
Addressing various gatherings at New Delhi, KPC National President Kundan Kashmiri, its senior National Vice President M.L. Raina (Rohini) and its National Vice president H.L. Mujoo highlighted the present scenario and hotchpotch created conditionality's woven by incompetent polity unmindful of its repercussion on nationalist forces. They said that present political polity lacks wisdom and exhibits weak policy towards Kashmir.
Commenting over the present situation in Kashmir valley, Kashmiri stated it was not new but an another joint effort of Pro-Pak separatists and pseudo secularists forces of the valley to format trouble, internationalise Kashmir issue during the "Amarnath Yatra" and coming "Common Wealth Games" in order to pressurize Indian Govt. to settle this so called Kashmir issue as per their dictates and wishes. Inspite of taking stern action against separatists and stone pelters, Kashmiri politicians were trying to take political advantage of the said crisis .
Commenting over the return of KP's, Kundan Kashmiri and Mujoo stated that it was a sensitive issue which needed to be dealt sensitively at appropriate time and as per the wishes and aspiration of Kashmiri Pandits. They said the only viable solution was Kashyap Home Land for KP's in the valley to allow them to live together as a community with free flow of Indian constitution.
KPC J&K unit President Satish Pajnoo, its general secretary, P.N.Pandita , Vice President, J.L. Pandita , Organizing Secretary B.L. Raina and National general secretary A.K.Pandita also spoke on the occasion.
P.L.Zutshi, advisor KPC from Dehradun, Sanjeev Pandit, member KPC Pune and Sheela Handoo, KPC woman wing, President stressed for the unity within community to fight against injustice and atrocities.
