The young shooting star had become source of pride not only for the Kathua district but also for the State and for our nation as he had picked 21st position by competing with shooter champions from 24 countries in the pre-world shooting qualifying championship. organized as Singapore Open International Championship by the SAFRA shooting club. He had qualified for the forthcoming world shooting championship. Sandeep Singh Bandral said that all the expenses for playing the shooting championship were borne by his parents without any support from the government agency.
