| Debate on Rural V/s Urban Life held | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
RAMNAGAR, July 16: Tehsil Information Centre, Ramnager organized a Debate contest on the topic "Rural Vs Urban Life" in the premises of Government Middle School, Kaitha about 21 Km away from here. Koushliya Devi clinched first position in the contest while Mohan Lal and Nishu Bharti bagged second and third positions respectively. Two consolation prizes were also given to Ranjana Devi and Kamla Devi. The participants were awarded prizes and certificates of merit.
As many as 10 students drawn from various classes of GMS, Kaitha took part in the symposia and expressed their views on the Rural Vs Urban Life. Speaking on the occasion, the Headmaster of the School, Jugal Kishore lauded the efforts of J&K Information Department in organizing such events. He said that such events provided the students a platform to express their views and help instill confidence in them.
