| Amandeep murder : State directed to file objection in bail plea | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, July 16: In two bail applications filed by Mohd Sultan Mirza, then SHO P/S Gandhi Nagar and Sub Inspector Satnam Singh, then posted in the same P/S were allegedly involved in much publicised murder case of Amandeep Singh. Those involved in the murder included Jatinder Singh alias Raja, Royal Singh, u/s 302 RPC whereas then SSP Jammu Manohar Singh, then SHO Sultan Mirza, then SI Satnam, then Ballastic Expert FSL Sujat Bukhari, then constable attached with FSL Raj Singh, Choudhary brothers namely Nagar Singh, Jagar Singh and Rakesh Singh whereas Choduhary Jagar singh was granted interim bail and other alleged accused were in custody for allegedly involved in fudging of evidence, Justice Ghulam Hasnain Massodi of Jammu & Kashmir High Court Jammu Wing after hearing both sides directed Deputy AG BR Chandan to file objections in the bail applications filed by MOhd Sultan Mirza & Satnam Singh and directed Registry to list the case in regular cause list.
