| Azad's kin, two PSOs hurt in car mishap | | | JAMMU: A youth, son of the brother of union minister Ghulam Nabi Azad, and his two personal security officers (PSOs) were today wounded in a car accident at Lal Pari near Raghi Nullah in Doda.
The incident occured at about 9.30 am when their Santro car (2507/JK03B) was on its way from Batote to Gandoh.
Police sources said the car was being driven by Mubassar Ali, son of Liaqat Ali of Soti, Gandoh. "Liaqat is Azad's brother," the sources informed.In the mishap, Mubassar and his two PSOs -- Shoukat Ali, son of Mamdoo Mir of Soti and Mohammad Rafiq, son of Nazir Ahmad of Thathri -- both SPOs, sustained injuries. All were hospitalised and their condition was stated to be out of danger. Both the A case in this connection stands registered at the concerned police station.
