| The on going turmoil in the valley has been instigated by the separatist elements in the valley. Who are against the secularism of India and old Kashmiri culture which is based on unity and brotherhood among different communities. These separatist inspite of enjoy all the privileges from India are lifting no stone unturned to defense the secular images of the nation and its army. These have links with Pakistan based terrorist groups who have been trying their best to harm India. The separatist believe in orthodox and the nation theory. Their argument is that Jammu and Kashmir has Muslims in majority so it must be integrated with Pakistan. They forget that Muslims are living in other states also. They have been given all the rights and privileges by the constitution of the country. Our constitution has not discriminated anyone on any ground. All are equal here. Muslims have played their rule in the growth and development of nation like any other country. But the separatist are busy in anti India propaganda. They found that Islam is in danger here and want to join the fundamental list state Pakistan which was founded on the basis of two nation theory given and then accepted by all those who had their selfish interests. The theory of two nations is not acceptable in the modern world where religion has been separated from politics. India as it is well-known people of all religions, regions, caste, races and culture live together and success and existence of India depends upon the harmony and brotherhood of different communities. India is compact of those people who belong to the different communities and in such circumstance departure of any part of country is impossible. India is only country where every effort as been made to create secular atmosphere where everyone irrespective of religion has right to equal opportunities in all fields. On which grounds separatist demand separate Kashmir or its accession to Pakistan? It is nothing but religious ground which stands in sharp contrast to Indian democracy. Some separatist allege human rights violation by Indian army who is known for Sadbhawana all over the world. What separatist meant by human rights violation? Is not it killing of civilians by terrorist ? how many human rights violation had been at the hands of terrorist ? Thousands of men and women now, is not separatist leader Syed Ali Shah Geelani living in the fools paradise by thinking it possible to make Jammu and Kashmir under the control of Pakistan and depart it from secular rule of New Delhi which is while heartedly at the service of the Kashmir spending thousands of crores of the rupees taking special steps for the well being of the people of the J and K . Is it possible for separatist to cross the limits of terrorism to the extent of making India compel to accede J and K with Pakistan? Will Geelani’s supporters from across LOC and inside the Pakistan get success in their mission of disintegrating India ? Pakistan should recall the 1948, 1965, and 1971 -1972 incident and in 1999 shameful victory in the Kargil of the J and K State. What talks are going on with Pakistan especially from the beginning of 21st century? It should be made clear to stone pelting mobs and enemies of the humanity. Just imagine will India surrender Kashmir to the Pakistan. Even if we pre suppose an agreement will be arrived at between India and Pakistan on this issue, the J and K can be made independent of India’s Secular Rule. This is for the obvious reason J and K comprises mainly Jammu, Kashmir, Ladakh in which though less but overwhelming majority of the population of the Non-Muslims exist. Again many enlighted and educated Muslims do not want to depart from India because they realize that they need independence from terrorism, poverty unemployment and corruption for which India is struggling. These people are aware enough to understand that J&K is enjoying a kind of autonomy under article 370. They want to shun violence and terrorism.
It is unavoidable thing that J&K was, is and will be integral part of India but need of hour for Indian government is to prepare brave Indian forces to face all kinds of the internal and external threats and improve relations with other countries other than Pakistan who is not prepared because absence of all these things which are necessary for health functioning of democracy.
