| Prosecution starts arguments on Charge | | Amandeep Singh murder case | |

Jammu, July 17 : The sessions court Jammu today fixed the calendar for arguments on charge/discharge of the accused in much hyped Amandeep murder case.
Senior Advocate Sunil Sethi was appointed special prosecutor for the case. The newly appointed prosecutor presented part of his arguments today. However, the case was adjourned after fixing the calendar.
All the accused Jatinder Singh alias Raja, Royal Singh, former SSP Jammu Manohar Singh, former SHO Gandhi Nagar Sultan Mirza, former Sub-Inspector Satnam Singh, Sarwar Singh Hussain Bukhari former Ballastic Expert FSL, Constable Raj Singh, Choudhary Nagar Singh, Rakesh Singh were produced. Choudhary Jagar Singh who was granted interim bail by the High Court was also present in the Court.
It may be recalled that Choudhary Nagar & Rakesh Singh have sought bail fromk the apex court. The application is pending adjudication and has been fixed for hearing on August 4. The bail application of the accused SHO and Sub Inspector Police Gandhi Nagar is still pending in State High Court.
Amandeep Singh s/o Former MLC and Advocate Deepinder Kour was allegedly murdered on August 29, 2009.
