| Trooper goes missing along with weapon | | |

Rajouri, July 19 : A TROOPER along with his service weapon has gone missing from Narian Camp of Army for the last two days,. Police has registered a missing report. However, the reason of his leaving the camp is not known.
Sources said that a trooper of 7 Sikh Light Infantry namely Jatinder Singh posted at Narian Camp in Rajouri district has gone missing from the camp. He had left the camp on July 17 and has also kept with him an AK 47 rifle and 3 magazines of Insas rifles with 60 rounds, sources added. Though Army has not given any reason of Jatinder's leaving the camp, they had approached Police Post Chingus Rajouri to lodge missing report. Police Post Incharge of Chingus Police Post, Irshad Hussain confirmed that army had lodged report of missing in the police post. |
