| First round of junior snooker completes | | | early times report
JAMMU, July 20: With nine more cueists advancing into the next round, the first round of the junior snooker event is almost complete in the ongoing State Billiards andSnooker Championships at Billiards Hall, MA Stadium, here today.
"With just two matches of the first round remaining, the second round is scheduled to start from tomorrow," general secretary of the J&K Billiards and Snooker Association, Sheetal Gandotra told SAN.
Among those who made it to the second round today included Miyan Bashir of district Srinagar.
He defeated Aditya Sharma 2-1. Another participant from Srinagar, Burhan Mushtaq lost to Abhishek Gupta 0-2.
