Seminar in memory of Admiral Jamwal every year: NSF | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, July 20: National Secular Forum (NSF) has criticized the politicians including ministers and so called nationalist leaders who failed to pay visit to the family of Rear Admiral Satyender Singh Jamwal, killed in freak incident in Kochi on July 7. Addressing a press conference here today, NSF President Vikas Sharma said that it is a matter of great concern that the only Rear Admiral SS Jamwal from Jammu serving in Indian Navy met with this tragedy. It is a matter of great shame that after his death representative from any political party, ministers, MLAs or member of pro-Jammu social organization visited his family here to condole his death, Vikas said. NSF is standing with the family of the Rear Admiral SS Jamwal and we have decided to organize a seminar every year in the memory of naval officer. NSF president demanded that a park should be named after Rear Admiral SS Jamwal in order to pay him the due respect as he is the first person from Jammu to reach such heights in the Indian Navy and made Jammu people proud.
