| Store drugs strictly in accordance | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, July 20: Deputy Controller, Drug & Food Control Organization, Jammu has impressed upon trader fraternity engaged in the business of medicinal formulations that stocks of Drugs should be stored strictly in accordance to the provisions of Schedule P of Drugs & Cosmetics Act 1940 and rules there under.
It is further notified for information of all concerned that the stock of drugs should be stored in licensed premises only. Any violations in this regard shall invite strict action against defaulters.
It may be noted that dealers having insufficient storage space within their licensed premises can obtain godown licenses to run their business smoothly, as per the provisions of Drugs & Cosmetics Act, 1940.
