| Two arrested with 2 Kg Charas | | | RAJOURI: Rajouri police arrested two narcotic smugglers and recovered over 2 kilogram Charas from their possession.
The accused identified as Tariq Ahmed son of Ghulam Nabi Manhas resident of Rajouri and Arshad son of Mohd Latief resident of village Dalogra Rajouri were arrested from a passengers vehicle during a naka checking laid near the police station.
Reports said that Rajouri Police team on a tip off laid a special naka near Police Station Rajouri in the late hours and intercepted one passenger vehicle carrying passengers from Jammu to Rajouri . During frisking of the passengers police recovered two kilogram and 200 grams charas from their possession. A case under Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (NDPSA) has been registered at Rajouri Police Station against the accused .
